A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Feira de Santana prendeu na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (6), um homem acusado de ser o mandante do crime que vitimou Osvaldo Viana Paix\u00e3o, no dia 15 de novembro de 2008, em um bar no bairro Santo Ant\u00f4nio dos Prazeres.<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o foi realizada por investigadores da Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios, juntamente com policiais da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Paz.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a v\u00edtima estava em um bar localizado na Avenida S\u00e9rgio Carneiro, ingerindo bebida alco\u00f3lica e em estado de embriaguez, quando homens armados, entraram no estabelecimento e efetuaram os disparos \u00e0 queima roupa, n\u00e3o dando chance de defesa.<\/p>\n

O autor confessou o crime e alegou que foi em forma de vingan\u00e7a, pelo fato da v\u00edtima ter matado seu irm\u00e3o anteriormente. Ainda segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o homem dever\u00e1 ser encaminhado para o Conjunto Penal de Feira de Santana, onde aguardar\u00e1 o julgamento.<\/p>\n
