A atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos agentes p\u00fablicos ocasionou desvios de recursos p\u00fablicos na \u00e1rea de sa\u00fade, educa\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza urbana.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta quinta, est\u00e3o sendo cumpridos 17 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, expedidos pelo Tribunal Regional Federal da 1\u00aa Regi\u00e3o, nos munic\u00edpios baianos de Ilh\u00e9us, Itabuna, Salvador, Lauro de Freitas e envolvidos no esquema criminoso, bem como apreens\u00e3o de valores.<\/p>\n<p>Os investigados responder\u00e3o pelos crimes de frusta\u00e7\u00e3o do car\u00e1ter competitivo da licita\u00e7\u00e3o, Fraude em licita\u00e7\u00e3o ou contrato, Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o passiva, Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o Ativa, Falsidade Ideol\u00f3gica, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e Lavagem de dinheiro.<\/p>\n<p>O nome da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o decorre da troca de benef\u00edcios esp\u00farios entre os agentes p\u00fablicos e empres\u00e1rios, ou seja, uma moeda de troca para a assinatura de contratos, no qual as duas
