Documento prev\u00ea as receitas e fixa as despenas para o exerc\u00edcio financeiro do pr\u00f3ximo ano
O projeto da Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual (LOA) para o exerc\u00edcio 2025 foi encaminhado para aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (30). O documento foi entregue pelo assessor da Seplan, Luiz Ivan.<\/p>\n

O or\u00e7amento previsto para o pr\u00f3ximo ano \u00e9 de mais de R$ 2 bi (R$ 2.567.056.032). Luiz Ivan ressalta que o documento tem grande import\u00e2ncia por causa da sua atribui\u00e7\u00e3o, que \u00e9 a de prev\u00ea as receitas e fixar as despesas para o exerc\u00edcio financeiro do pr\u00f3ximo ano.<\/p>\n

Ainda segundo Ivan, as secretarias que mais recebem receita s\u00e3o as de Sa\u00fade (SMS) e Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (Seduc), que, juntas, contemplam mais de 50% dos gastos municipais.<\/p>\n

\u201cEsse documento \u00e9 fundamental para o munic\u00edpio, como \u00e9 para o Estado e para a Uni\u00e3o. No Brasil os documentos do C\u00edrculo Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rio, que comp\u00f5em o Plano Plurianual, a Lei Diretriz Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, s\u00e3o o cora\u00e7\u00e3o da administra\u00e7\u00e3o porque sem ele n\u00e3o se pode efetuar nem a arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o, nem os gastos p\u00fablicos\u201d, afirmou Luiz Ivan.<\/p>\n
