Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 O Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de S\u00e3o Paulo (TRE-SP) suspendeu neste s\u00e1bado (5), por 48 horas, o perfil no Instagram do candidato \u00e0 prefeitura de S\u00e3o Paulo Pablo Mar\u00e7al (PRTB). A determina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 do juiz Rodrigo Capez.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o foi tomada em not\u00edcia-crime apresentada pelo tamb\u00e9m candidato Guilherme Boulos (PSOL) ap\u00f3s Mar\u00e7al divulgar em suas redes sociais um laudo falso que apontaria o consumo de drogas por Boulos e a interna\u00e7\u00e3o em uma cl\u00ednica por surto psic\u00f3tico.<\/p>\n

Na decis\u00e3o, o juiz Rodrigo Capez afirma que a conta de Pablo Mar\u00e7al, no Instagram, \u201ctem sido utilizada para a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de fatos infamantes e inver\u00eddicos\u201d.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, ele aponta haver ind\u00edcios de pelo menos quatro crimes previstos no C\u00f3digo Eleitoral. Segundo o magistrado, \u201ctrata-se de not\u00edcia de fatos concretamente graves, perpetrados \u00e0s v\u00e9speras do pleito eleitoral, em tese, com o n\u00edtido prop\u00f3sito de interferir no \u00e2nimo do eleitor\u201d.<\/p>\n

Capez determinou ainda a instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de inqu\u00e9rito pela Pol\u00edcia Federal para apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos.<\/p>\n
