Com um eleitorado formado por maioria feminina (55% de mais 426 mil votantes), a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de Feira de Santana reelegeu, na disputa eleitoral deste domingo (5), as tr\u00eas vereadoras que j\u00e1 ocupavam o cargo na C\u00e2mara Municipal. Sa\u00edram vencedoras do pleito a professora e atual presidente do Legislativo, Eremita Mota (PP) com 5.208 votos; a assistente social e ex-secret\u00e1ria Municipal da Mulher, Gerusa Sampaio (Uni\u00e3o Brasil), que obteve 5.816 votos e a enfermeira Lu de Ronny (PV), que recebeu vota\u00e7\u00e3o de 3.681 eleitores.<\/p>\n

Observando a quantidade de vagas disponibilizadas para preenchimento na Casa da Cidadania (21 cadeiras), as mulheres reeleitas ocupam o equivalente a aproximadamente 15% dos assentos do Poder Legislativo. No geral, o percentual de reelei\u00e7\u00e3o de vereadores que j\u00e1 estavam exercendo mandato, chegou a cerca de 80%. No caso das mulheres, esse \u00edndice cravou em 100%, uma vez que todas as legisladoras do grupo feminino foram reconduzidas aos cargos.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s cumprimento dos procedimentos seguintes da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral, os integrantes da nova legislatura devem assumir em janeiro de 2025.<\/p>\n
