A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou, nesta quinta-feira (24), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Pacto Infame, que tem como objetivo combater desvios de recursos p\u00fablicos, fraudes licitat\u00f3rias e associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa envolvendo contratos na \u00e1rea de engenharia civil do munic\u00edpio de Gongogi\/BA.<\/p>\n

Est\u00e3o sendo cumpridos 13 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o expedidos pela 2\u00aa Vara Federal C\u00edvel e Criminal da SSJ de Itabuna-BA nas cidades de Itabuna\/BA, Ipia\u00fa\/BA, Ibicara\u00ed\/BA e Gongogi.<\/p>\n

Nesta etapa, os mandados objetivam a coleta de elementos probat\u00f3rios para robustecimento da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de novos crimes e envolvidos.<\/p>\n

Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, diversos processos licitat\u00f3rios teriam sido fraudados (direcionados) para beneficiar empresa sediada na cidade de Gongogi, que celebrou quase duas dezenas de contratos e recebeu mais de R$ 7 milh\u00f5es de pagamentos da Prefeitura desta cidade nos \u00faltimos quatro anos.<\/p>\n

As evid\u00eancias apontam que o grupo investigado estaria envolvido em fraudes desta natureza desde o ano de 2017, com atua\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m em outras cidades baianas.<\/p>\n
