O \u00cdndice de Movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Econ\u00f4mica de Salvador (IMEC-SSA), calculado pela Superintend\u00eancia de Estudos Econ\u00f4micos e Sociais da Bahia (SEI), apontou retra\u00e7\u00e3o de 5,8% em agosto de 2024, na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o m\u00eas imediatamente anterior.<\/p>\n

Cinco das seis vari\u00e1veis que comp\u00f5em o indicador puxaram o \u00edndice para baixo, com destaque para Passageiros de \u00f4nibus intermunicipais (-17,1%), que apontou a varia\u00e7\u00e3o negativa mais expressiva, seguida por Carga portu\u00e1ria (-10,1%), Passageiros no Aeroporto Internacional de Salvador (-3,4%), Consumo de energia el\u00e9trica (-1,3%) e Combust\u00edveis (-0,6%). Em contrapartida, Passageiros de \u00f4nibus urbanos (0,6%) foi a \u00fanica contribui\u00e7\u00e3o positiva.<\/p>\n

O indicador avan\u00e7ou 3,3% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a agosto de 2023. No acumulado, houve amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de 10,1%, quando comparado o per\u00edodo dos oito primeiros meses de 2024 contra 2023, e de 9,1%, no acumulado dos \u00faltimos doze meses, comparado ao mesmo per\u00edodo anterior.<\/p>\n
