A Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social (Sedeso) informa que o sistema do Cadastro \u00danico (Cad\u00danico) vem apresentando instabilidade h\u00e1 alguns dias. A situa\u00e7\u00e3o de n\u00edvel nacional foi comunicada pelo Governo Federal \u00e0 Prefeitura de Feira de Santana.<\/p>\n

Ainda conforme o comunicado, a Caixa Federal (agente operar do sistema) foi notificada para resolver o problema o mais breve poss\u00edvel, por\u00e9m n\u00e3o h\u00e1 previs\u00e3o de normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Apesar disso, os servi\u00e7os nos CRAS (Centro de Refer\u00eancia da Assist\u00eancia Social) est\u00e3o mantidos.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a chefe do Bolsa Fam\u00edlia no munic\u00edpio, Danusa Rodrigues, a instabilidade tem provocado atraso nos atendimentos.<\/p>\n

\u201cO sistema est\u00e1 inst\u00e1vel. Tem momentos que cai e n\u00e3o conseguimos finalizar os atendimentos, outros volta a funcionar com lentid\u00e3o. Devido a instabilidade, pode ocorrer atraso nos atendimentos e tamb\u00e9m das pessoas n\u00e3o conseguirem ser atendidas\u201d, justifica.<\/p>\n
