Equipes do N\u00facleo Especializado de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (NEAM) e Delegacia Territorial de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o prenderam em flagrante um homem de 19 anos acusado de les\u00e3o corporal no \u00e2mbito da viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica. A v\u00edtima, uma adolescente de 15 anos, foi agredida com socos, empurr\u00f5es e joelhadas no rosto.<\/p>\n

\u201cA v\u00edtima j\u00e1 possu\u00eda Medida Protetiva de Urg\u00eancia em desfavor do ex-namorado, logo, ele tamb\u00e9m foi flagranteado pelo crime de Descumprimento de Medida Protetiva, previsto na Lei Maria da Penha\u201d, informou a titular do NEAM\/Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o, delegada Alana Fialho.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s as agress\u00f5es sofridas pela v\u00edtima a m\u00e3e da adolescente foi at\u00e9 o NEAM noticiar o fato. \u201cNesse momento, as equipes do NEAM e da Delegacia Territorial de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o empreenderam dilig\u00eancias no sentido de encontrar o autor das agress\u00f5es. Ele foi capturado no momento em que tentava fugir pulando o muro dos fundos da resid\u00eancia\u201d, acrescentou a delegada.<\/p>\n

O flagranteado, que j\u00e1 possu\u00eda passagens pela pol\u00edcia, confessou as agress\u00f5es. Ele est\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
