Os estabelecimentos comerciais de Feira de Santana ser\u00e3o obrigados a fornecer sacolas pl\u00e1sticas renov\u00e1veis aos consumidores, gratuitamente para acondicionamento e transporte dos produtos adquiridos. \u00c9 o que prev\u00ea o substitutivo ao Projeto de Lei 111\/2021, aprovado pela C\u00e2mara Municipal. A exig\u00eancia segue as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Normas T\u00e9cnicas (ABNT). O substitutivo foi proposto pelo vereador Pedro C\u00edcero (PP).<\/p>\n

Caber\u00e1 ao Poder P\u00fablico Municipal, por meio de parcerias e programas especiais, conscientizar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a import\u00e2ncia do uso de sacos e sacolas recicl\u00e1veis, como forma de reduzir a polui\u00e7\u00e3o do ecossistema. Vale lembrar que a lei abrange estabelecimentos varejistas e atacadistas. As embalagens devem ser confeccionadas com mais de 51% de material proveniente de fontes renov\u00e1veis, al\u00e9m de conter informa\u00e7\u00f5es como nome e CNPJ da empresa.<\/p>\n
