A Prefeitura de Feira de Santana, por meio da Secretaria de Governo, anunciou uma nova medida que estabelece um prazo m\u00ednimo de 20 dias de anteced\u00eancia para a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os relacionados a eventos p\u00fablicos na cidade. A mudan\u00e7a visa garantir um atendimento mais eficiente e organizado, possibilitando tempo suficiente para o planejamento adequado e execu\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n

A nova regra abrange diversas demandas associadas \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de festas e outros eventos p\u00fablicos, como limpeza urbana, fechamento de ruas, carro de som, entre outros servi\u00e7os essenciais. A medida tem o objetivo de assegurar que as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es sejam atendidas dentro de um planejamento adequado, evitando imprevistos e garantindo a seguran\u00e7a e o bem-estar dos participantes.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o secret\u00e1rio de Governo, Neto Bahia, o cumprimento do novo prazo tamb\u00e9m permitir\u00e1 que os \u00f3rg\u00e3os municipais envolvidos possam se organizar para oferecer o melhor suporte poss\u00edvel para os eventos, sem sobrecarregar os servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos. \u201cA decis\u00e3o foi tomada ap\u00f3s a an\u00e1lise do fluxo de solicita\u00e7\u00f5es e a necessidade de otimizar o tempo para o atendimento adequado a cada pedido\u201d, explica Neto.<\/p>\n

Para realizar a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer servi\u00e7o relacionado \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos, os respons\u00e1veis dever\u00e3o entrar em contato com o setor de protocolo da Prefeitura com, no m\u00ednimo, 20 dias de anteced\u00eancia \u00e0 data do evento. A medida j\u00e1 est\u00e1 em vigor e est\u00e1 sendo divulgada para que os organizadores de eventos possam se adaptar ao novo procedimento.<\/p>\n
