O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico denunciou Laur\u00eancio Damazio de Oliveira Neto na ter\u00e7a (7), pelos crimes de importuna\u00e7\u00e3o sexual e ass\u00e9dio cometidos em Morro do Chap\u00e9u contra a prefeita, Juliana Ara\u00fajo Leal. Segundo a promotora eleitoral Mariana Pacheco de Figueiredo, a viol\u00eancia pol\u00edtica de g\u00eanero foi cometida contra a prefeita em agosto de 2024, durante a campanha eleitoral, com o objetivo de dificultar sua reelei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O inqu\u00e9rito policial apurou que o agressor teria abra\u00e7ado a v\u00edtima por tr\u00e1s, tocando-lhe o seio de forma inadequada. Esse ato, \u201cque teve o objetivo de satisfazer a lasc\u00edvia de Laurencio\u201d, teria causado constrangimento e humilha\u00e7\u00e3o na v\u00edtima. O MP requereu, ainda, \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o em favor da v\u00edtima, a t\u00edtulo de repara\u00e7\u00e3o pelos danos causados, no valor m\u00ednimo de R$ 10 mil.<\/p>\n
