Dois homens foram conduzidos \u00e0 Central de Flagrantes da Pol\u00edcia Civil, ao serem flagrados cometendo crime ambiental, na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (23). Eles estavam aterrando um terreno, e desviando um curso de \u00e1gua, na \u00c1rea de Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente de Pedra do Cavalo, na \u00e1rea da Vila Fluminense, ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o onde moram quase 300 fam\u00edlias.<\/p>\n

Os fiscais tamb\u00e9m apreenderam uma retroescavadeira. Ambos responder\u00e3o por crime ambiental. A a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 resultado de den\u00fancia an\u00f4nima. O contato deve ser feito pelo telefone 156.<\/p>\n

O fiscal Roberto Portugal, que acompanhou os homens \u00e0 delegacia, disse que a interven\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal estava sendo monitorada desde o final do ano passado. \u201cMas apenas conseguimos o flagrante hoje\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ele disse que qualquer interven\u00e7\u00e3o em terreno localizado numa APA deve ser comunicada \u00e0 Semmam, para que os t\u00e9cnicos analisem a viabilidade ambiental ou n\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o pretendido pelo propriet\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Participaram da a\u00e7\u00e3o as secretarias de Meio Ambiente, de Desenvolvimento Urbano, Superintend\u00eancia de Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e Opera\u00e7\u00f5es e prepostos da Guarda Civil.<\/p>\n
