Todo o processo de requisi\u00e7\u00e3o do credenciamento \u00e9 realizado de forma\u00a0<em>online<\/em>. O credenciamento \u00e9 a segunda etapa para se tornar oficineiro do Programa de Oficinas Art\u00edsticas do Cuca\/Uefs.<\/p>\n<p>O credenciamento \u00e9 direcionado a quem possui Atestado de Habilidade T\u00e9cnica (obtido ap\u00f3s a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Exame de Habilidades T\u00e9cnicas) ou Comprovante de Aptid\u00e3o de Desempenho (obtido ap\u00f3s ter sido oficineiro do Cuca\/Uefs). A requisi\u00e7\u00e3o de credenciamento \u00e9 realizada com o preenchimento de dois formul\u00e1rios distintos:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O primeiro formul\u00e1rio \u00e9 o<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/KtdBeyy1PTFpNXjD9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Requerimento de Manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> da Inten\u00e7\u00e3o de se Credenciar. Neste formul\u00e1rio, de acordo com o item 3 do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cuca.uefs.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/edital_de_credenciamento_01.2025_uefs.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">edital<\/a>, o interessado no credenciamento manifesta o seu interesse no pleito.<\/li>\n<li>O segundo formul\u00e1rio consiste na <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/UVXY1Q5znSLpYdrK8\">Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o para Credenciamento<\/a>.
