Um homem de 30 anos foi levado \u00e0 delegacia ap\u00f3s se recusar a devolver seu filho para a m\u00e3e no domingo (9). O caso ocorreu na cidade de Teofil\u00e2ndia.<\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do portal g1, ele utilizou o filho, uma crian\u00e7a de apenas 3 anos, como escudo e proferiu palavras de desacato contra os policiais, que foram at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia da namorada do suspeito tentar resgatar a crian\u00e7a, ap\u00f3s ser acionada pela m\u00e3e.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Militar, o homem deveria ter retornado o filho \u00e0 m\u00e3e \u00e0s 18h daquela noite. No entanto, ele enviou diversas mensagens \u00e0 m\u00e3e pelo aplicativo de mensagens, afirmando que n\u00e3o entregaria a crian\u00e7a, mesmo que a pol\u00edcia fosse acionada.<\/p>\n

A pol\u00edcia teve que usar a for\u00e7a para assegurar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da ordem de guarda da crian\u00e7a. Ap\u00f3s a interven\u00e7\u00e3o, o homem foi levado para a Delegacia de Serrinha.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil, por meio de uma nota, informou que um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO) foi registrado contra o indiv\u00edduo por desacato e desobedi\u00eancia. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o caso continuam em andamento.<\/p>\n
