Uma audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica ser\u00e1 realizada na C\u00e2mara Municipal de Feira de Santana, nesta quinta-feira (13) a partir das 14 horas, para debater a lei n\u00b0 4162\/2023, que disp\u00f5e sobre sons urbanos e fixa n\u00edveis e hor\u00e1rios de permiss\u00e3o, neste Munic\u00edpio. Tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 tratado sobre a doa\u00e7\u00e3o e destrui\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos sonoros provenientes da fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os respons\u00e1veis, em raz\u00e3o de infra\u00e7\u00f5es cometidas.<\/p>\n

A audi\u00eancia foi pedido da Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, Justi\u00e7a e Reda\u00e7\u00e3o (CCJR). Integrante do colegiado, o vereador Galeguinho SPA (PSB) foi quem sugeriu a discuss\u00e3o. Tamb\u00e9m fazem parte da CCJR os vereadores Marcus Carvalhal (Uni\u00e3o Brasil), que \u00e9 presidente, e Silvio Dias (PT), vice-presidente, que devem se fazer presentes ao encontro. \u201c\u00c9 um tema atual, preocupante e muito s\u00e9rio, que causa grandes transtornos para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o. Precisa haver uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara, para que tenhamos solu\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, diz Galeguinho.<\/p>\n
