Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 O Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Repress\u00e3o ao Crime Organizado (Gaeco), do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de S\u00e3o Paulo, juntamente com a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Tabo\u00e3o da Serra, deflagraram na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira (17) a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Fato Oculto.<\/p>\n

Com dez mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e dois de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o investiga suposta fraude na tentativa de homic\u00eddio contra o ex-prefeito de Tabo\u00e3o da Serra Jos\u00e9 Apr\u00edgio, em 18 de outubro de 2024.<\/p>\n

A suspeita dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que a tentativa de homic\u00eddio contra Apr\u00edgio tenha sido forjada para benefici\u00e1-lo nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais passadas. Apr\u00edgio (Podemos) tentava a reelei\u00e7\u00e3o, mas foi derrotado no segundo turno por Daniel Bugalho (Uni\u00e3o Brasil).<\/p>\n

A Secretaria de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica do Estado informou que um homem foi preso, houve apreens\u00e3o de celulares, computadores, dinheiro e armas.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00edgio foi baleado no ombro quando estava em seu carro, mas h\u00e1 suspeitas que o suposto atentado tenha sido organizado por secret\u00e1rios da administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal. Gilmar de Jesus Santos, suspeito de ser o atirador, foi preso ainda no ano passado. Um outro atirador e um comparsa est\u00e3o foragidos.<\/p>\n
