A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagra, na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (18), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o
Baco, com o objetivo de desmantelar o com\u00e9rcio ilegal de vinhos, praticado por pessoas f\u00edsicas domiciliadas no munic\u00edpio de Feira de Santana e em Salvador, atrav\u00e9s da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de perfis em redes sociais. Foram apreendidas 246 caixas de vinhos falsificados.<\/p>\n

At\u00e9 o atual est\u00e1gio da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o policial, restou demonstrado que os suspeitos, por si
s\u00f3 e\/ou atrav\u00e9s de pessoas jur\u00eddicas, realizaram movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias suspeitas no valor aproximado de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es de reais, no per\u00edodo de 2020 a 2024.<\/p>\n

Foram expedidos quatro mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, em face de seis investigados,
com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 21 policiais federais. Uma pessoa foi presa em flagrante por contrabando, em Salvador.<\/p>\n

Os investigados poder\u00e3o responder pelo crime de contrabando, cuja pena \u00e9 de um a
quatro anos de reclus\u00e3o, e eventualmente por outros crimes que porventura sejam
desvendados.<\/p>\n
