Fiscais da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Urbano e da Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Recursos Naturais retiraram tapumes met\u00e1licos que foram fixados em um terreno do munic\u00edpio, localizado na Vila Fluminense, \u00e0s margens da BR 116-Sul. A a\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (21).<\/p>\n

A \u00e1rea de terra, que pertence ao munic\u00edpio e tem aproximadamente quatro mil metros quadrados, est\u00e1 situada em uma APA (\u00c1rea de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental), pr\u00f3xima ao rio Jacu\u00edpe, onde existe um c\u00f3rrego tempor\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Antes da tomada da decis\u00e3o de derrubar os tapumes, a Sedur encaminhou of\u00edcio ao prov\u00e1vel respons\u00e1vel pelo servi\u00e7o, informando sobre a infra\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental cometida e que faria a limpeza no local. O prazo de duas semanas venceu e n\u00e3o houve resposta.<\/p>\n

Pelas caracter\u00edsticas da estrutura inicial, afirmou um fiscal, o terreno estava sendo preparado para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de grandes galp\u00f5es, visto que piquetes fixados indicavam esse tipo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o ou a venda para terceiros constru\u00edrem. Por se situar \u00e0s margens da rodovia federal, esses pr\u00e9dios t\u00eam grande valor comercial.<\/p>\n

Esta foi a segunda vez que a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da Sedur esteve no local. Na primeira, em janeiro, foi apreendida uma retroescavadeira, e os homens que trabalhavam no local foram levados pela Guarda Municipal ao Complexo de Delegacias, no Sobradinho.<\/p>\n

Todo o material foi inutilizado, e a a\u00e7\u00e3o, que n\u00e3o sofreu altera\u00e7\u00f5es, foi acompanhada por duas equipes da Guarda Civil Municipal.<\/p>\n
