Ag\u00eancia Brasil \u2013 A Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) e o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF) fazem, nesta quarta-feira (26), opera\u00e7\u00e3o contra uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa especializada em fraudar o Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS). A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Renascimento cumpre tr\u00eas mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o no Grande Rio contra suspeitos de participar do esquema.<\/p>\n

Segundo a PF, o grupo criava identidades fict\u00edcias para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de aposentadorias. Os benef\u00edcios previdenci\u00e1rios eram retirados em nome de pessoas fict\u00edcias, por meio\u00a0de procura\u00e7\u00f5es e documentos falsos. Estima-se que o esquema tenha causado preju\u00edzo superior a R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o \u00e0 Previd\u00eancia Social.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es come\u00e7aram depois da pris\u00e3o em flagrante de uma pessoa que tentava desbloquear um benef\u00edcio previdenci\u00e1rio suspenso por suspeita de fraude. A partir da pris\u00e3o, os investigadores conseguiram identificar outros suspeitos de integrar o grupo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a PF, os investigados responder\u00e3o pelos crimes de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa, estelionato previdenci\u00e1rio, falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos p\u00fablicos e uso de documentos falsos. As penas somadas superam os 30 anos de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
