Equipes da Delegacia de Repress\u00e3o a Roubos em Coletivos (DERRC) conduziram, na segunda-feira (3), um homem envolvido em agress\u00f5es contra foli\u00f5es durante as festividades de Carnaval. O suspeito foi identificado enquanto fazia gestos de apologia a um grupo criminoso no circuito Osmar, no \u00faltimo domingo (2).<\/p>\n

A abordagem aconteceu na pra\u00e7a Bar\u00e3o do Rio Branco, onde os policiais civis realizavam rondas ostensivas. Durante o patrulhamento, a equipe se deparou com uma briga generalizada envolvendo cerca de oito pessoas. Atrav\u00e9s do monitoramento das c\u00e2meras da Secretaria da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (SSP), o suspeito foi reconhecido como respons\u00e1vel por repetidas agress\u00f5es contra foli\u00f5es e pela exalta\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo.<\/p>\n

O homem foi encaminhado para o Posto Policial Proteger, vinculado ao Departamento Especializado de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Criminais (Deic), onde foi lavrado um Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorr\u00eancia (TCO). Ele foi ouvido, liberado e assinou o termo de compromisso de comparecimento ao Juizado Especial Criminal.<\/p>\n
