Por fraude na cota de g\u00eanero nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais de 2024, a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral da 25\u00aa Zona Eleitoral de Ilh\u00e9us determinou a cassa\u00e7\u00e3o dos mandatos dos vereadores Gid\u00e1lsio Neto, chamado de \u2018Neto da Sa\u00fade\u2019 (PMB) e Odailson Lelis aranha, conhecido como \u2018Odailson Pequeno\u2019 (PODEMOS).<\/p>\n

Assinada pelo juiz Gustavo Henrique Almeida Lyra, a decis\u00e3o determinou a recontagem dos quocientes eleitoral e partid\u00e1rio, devido a anula\u00e7\u00e3o dos votos do partido, o que pode alterar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Ilh\u00e9us.<\/p>\n

No caso de \u2018Neto da Sa\u00fade\u2019, a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral considerou que as candidaturas de Fabiana da Silva Nascimento e Mari\u00e2ngela Concei\u00e7\u00e3o Santos foram registradas de forma fict\u00edcia para cumprir o percentual m\u00ednimo de candidaturas femininas exigido por lei.<\/p>\n
