O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia (MP-BA) solicitou que o vereador licenciado Edivan de Jesus Santos, conhecido como Mor\u00e3o, seja levado a j\u00fari popular. Ele \u00e9 acusado de tentar matar sua ex-esposa no dia 22 de fevereiro deste ano, no bairro da Salgadeira, em Santo Ant\u00f4nio de Jesus.<\/p>\n

Inicialmente, o MP-BA havia se posicionado favor\u00e1vel \u00e0 revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o do vereador. No entanto, com a chegada de novas provas, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o reconsiderou seu parecer e agora defende que ele seja julgado pelo crime.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Blog do Valente, parceiro do Acorda Cidade, Mor\u00e3o teria atacado a ex-companheira com golpes de faca, segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da pol\u00edcia.<\/p>\n

Diante disso, a Pol\u00edcia Civil solicitou um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva, que foi aceito pela Justi\u00e7a. O vereador foi preso nesta semana na Ilha de Boipeba.<\/p>\n

Agora, cabe ao Judici\u00e1rio decidir se o caso seguir\u00e1 para o Tribunal do J\u00fari.<\/p>\n
