Equipes da Delegacia para o Adolescente Infrator (DAI) de Feira de Santana cumpriram um mandado de pris\u00e3o em raz\u00e3o de senten\u00e7a condenat\u00f3ria transitada em julgado pelo crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel de forma continuada em desfavor de um homem de 27 anos, nesta segunda-feira (17).<\/p>\n

O condenado \u00e9 primo da m\u00e3e da v\u00edtima. Ele praticou atos libidinosos, diversas vezes, contra a crian\u00e7a, que na \u00e9poca tinha entre 6 e 11 anos. Ela contou os fatos \u00e0 genitora que denunciou o crime para a Pol\u00edcia Civil em 2022.<\/p>\n

O agressor foi sentenciado a uma pena de 14 anos de reclus\u00e3o, a iniciar no regime fechado. Ele foi submetido aos exames de praxe e est\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
