Na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (20), a Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou opera\u00e7\u00e3o policial visando coibir crimes de armazenamento, compartilhamento e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de material de abuso sexual infantojuvenil.<\/p>\n

Foi cumprido mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o, na cidade de Amargosa, expedido pela Justi\u00e7a Federal, para obten\u00e7\u00e3o de elementos complementares de prova sobre a pr\u00e1tica dos delitos de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e armazenamento de cenas de pornografia envolvendo crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es revelaram grupo compartilhando e trocando material pornogr\u00e1fico infantojuvenil por meio de aplicativos de mensagens instant\u00e2neas e, a partir da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de t\u00e9cnicas especializadas, um investigado brasileiro foi identificado como respons\u00e1vel pelos compartilhamentos e disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dessas imagens e v\u00eddeos.<\/p>\n

O suspeito responder\u00e1 pelos crimes de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e armazenamento de material de abuso sexual infantojuvenil, conforme previs\u00e3o legal nos artigos 241-A e 241-B do Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente. Se condenado, as penas somadas podem alcan\u00e7ar 10 anos de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
