O Departamento Especializado de Repress\u00e3o ao Narcotr\u00e1fico cumpriu, na quinta-feira (27), o mandado de pris\u00e3o<\/a> preventiva de um dos envolvidos no esquema criminoso de desvio de subst\u00e2ncias terap\u00eauticas \u00e0 base de cannabis. O investigado, que \u00e9 presidente-social de uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o que auxilia pacientes em tratamento com canabidiol, se apresentou na sede do Denarc acompanhado do advogado.<\/p>\n

O presidente-social \u00e9 suspeito de falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos e falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, com o objetivo de adquirir produtos derivados da Cannabis de forma irregular. Outros dois envolvidos no esquema foram presos no dia 10 de mar\u00e7o, no Corredor da Vit\u00f3ria e em S\u00e3o Paulo, durante a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Salvo Conduto. Eles permanecem \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
