A Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a> da Bahia, por meio da Delegacia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao Turista (Deltur), solucionou um caso de estelionato praticado contra um turista irland\u00eas durante o Carnaval de Salvador. O autor do golpe, um taxista, foi identificado e o valor de tr\u00eas mil reais, cobrado indevidamente, foi devolvido \u00e0 v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

O turista contratou uma corrida de t\u00e1xi do Morro do Gato at\u00e9 o Largo do Pelourinho e pagaria trezentos reais pelo servi\u00e7o. No entanto, ao conferir o extrato banc\u00e1rio, percebeu que o motorista havia registrado uma cobran\u00e7a dez vezes maior, no valor de tr\u00eas mil reais. Sem conseguir contato com o motorista, ele procurou a Deltur, que deu in\u00edcio a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. Com base nas informa\u00e7\u00f5es coletadas, o taxista foi identificado e localizado. Ap\u00f3s ser ouvido, ele restituiu o valor integralmente.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil segue atuando para garantir a seguran\u00e7a dos turistas e combater crimes contra o consumidor, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia de denunciar pr\u00e1ticas ilegais.<\/p>\n
