O ex-ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal, Ricardo Lewandowski, afirmou ao Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto que n\u00e3o abre m\u00e3o de escolher o nome para ocupar a Secretaria Executiva do Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a caso assuma a pasta ap\u00f3s a sa\u00edda de Fl\u00e1vio Dino.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a coluna Guilherme Amado, do Metr\u00f3poles, auxiliares de Lewandowski informaram a Ricardo Cappelli, ministro-chefe do Gabinete de Seguran\u00e7a Institucional, de que ele estaria pronto para \u201cvoos mais altos\u201d do que a Secretaria Executiva.<\/p>\n

Interlocutores do ex-magistrado apontam ainda que a decis\u00e3o de Lewandowski n\u00e3o valeria para outros secret\u00e1rios do minist\u00e9rios e que o ex-ministro estaria disposto a avaliar a perman\u00eancia no minist\u00e9rio.<\/p>\n
