Um homem de 26 anos foi detido pela Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal (PRF) no s\u00e1bado (5), ap\u00f3s uma colis\u00e3o na BR-101, em Feira de Santana. Ao chegar no local, os agentes constataram que o rapaz, envolvido no acidente, n\u00e3o possu\u00eda CNH e estava sob efeito de \u00e1lcool.<\/p>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es de pessoas que viram o acidente, o homem conduzia uma autom\u00f3vel Gol quando colidiu na traseira de uma moto. O homem, que n\u00e3o teve o nome revelado, se recusou a fazer o teste com baf\u00f4metro, mas, de acordo com a PRF, exibia vis\u00edveis sinais de embriaguez e da capacidade psicomotora alterada.<\/p>\n

Em seguida, os policiais lavraram um Termo de Constata\u00e7\u00e3o de Embriaguez, documento onde se detalha o conjunto de sinais de ingest\u00e3o de \u00e1lcool constatados no ato da abordagem.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Diante dos fatos, o condutor, que \u00e9 inabilitado, foi preso e encaminhado \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil, onde foi registrado o fato pelos crimes de embriaguez ao volante, les\u00e3o corporal culposa na dire\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo automotor e dirigir sem possuir CNH.<\/p>\n
