O atendimento ao p\u00fablico<\/a> no Procon<\/strong><\/a> voltou \u00e0 normalidade, depois de alguns dias com os atendimentos suspensos ou com restri\u00e7\u00e3o, devido \u00e0 necess\u00e1ria interven\u00e7\u00e3o na estrutura f\u00edsica da sede, \u00e0 Rua Castro Alves, 635.<\/p>\n

O pr\u00e9dio passou por processo de moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o que vai tornar ainda mais estreita a rela\u00e7\u00e3o com o p\u00fablico. O Procon<\/strong> realiza aproximadamente 900 atendimentos todos os dias, em diversas \u00e1reas, segundo o superintendente Maur\u00edcio Carvalho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Retomada dos Atendimentos e Moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do Procon<\/h2>\n

As audi\u00eancias de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> j\u00e1 est\u00e3o sendo realizadas normalmente. Ele destacou que os atendimentos definidos como emergenciais t\u00eam prioridade e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de agendamento.<\/p>\n

Entendem-se como priorit\u00e1rios: idosos, deficientes f\u00edsicos, cortes nos fornecimentos de \u00e1gua ou de energia el\u00e9trica, al\u00e9m das demandas relacionadas a plano de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

A partir da pr\u00f3xima sexta-feira, disse o superintendente, ser\u00e3o retomados os agendamentos<\/strong><\/a> pelo aplicativo Procon<\/strong> Feira de Santana, para atendimentos na segunda-feira.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 na segunda-feira, os agendamentos<\/strong> ser\u00e3o marcados para a ter\u00e7a e quinta-feira. Por este canal, que facilita o contato entre os cidad\u00e3os e o Procon<\/strong>, s\u00e3o definidos dias e hor\u00e1rios para os atendimentos.<\/p>\n

Audi\u00eancias de Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o no Centro de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Inclusiva<\/h3>\n

Durante a suspens\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o na sede da superintend\u00eancia, audi\u00eancias de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> foram realizadas no Centro de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Inclusiva Colbert Martins da Silva<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
