A Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/strong><\/a> da Bahia, por meio da 1\u00aa Delegacia Territorial de Santa Cruz Cabr\u00e1lia<\/strong><\/a>, apreendeu em flagrante na ter\u00e7a-feira (22), uma adolescente<\/strong><\/a> de 16 anos apontada como coautora do ato infracional an\u00e1logo ao crime de homic\u00eddio<\/strong>, que vitimou sua pr\u00f3pria m\u00e3e, Yane Soares Matos, morta com um disparo de arma de fogo no dia 21 de abril, em sua resid\u00eancia no distrito de Pindorama.<\/p>\n

Adolescente Confessa Participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Crime<\/h2>\n

Durante dilig\u00eancias ininterruptas conduzidas pelas equipes policiais, a adolescente foi localizada e, em depoimento confessou sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o no crime<\/strong><\/a>, informando ainda que integra um grupo criminoso com atua\u00e7\u00e3o nas regi\u00f5es de Porto Seguro<\/strong><\/a>, Cara\u00edva e Pindorama.<\/p>\n

Motiva\u00e7\u00e3o e Envolvimento com o Tr\u00e1fico<\/h3>\n

Segundo o relato da suspeita, a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do homic\u00eddio<\/strong><\/a> decorreu de d\u00edvidas oriundas do tr\u00e1fico<\/strong><\/a> e da resist\u00eancia da v\u00edtima em aceitar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da filha no esquema criminoso, tendo, inclusive, amea\u00e7ado denunciar os integrantes da quadrilha.<\/p>\n

Com base nos elementos apurados, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pela interna\u00e7\u00e3o provis\u00f3ria da adolescente, que est\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Vara da Inf\u00e2ncia e da Juventude, e tamb\u00e9m pela pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria de outros envolvidos no crime, os quais est\u00e3o sendo procurados.<\/p>\n
