Policiais civis da Delegacia Territorial (DT) de Ipir\u00e1 cumpriram, na segunda-feira (28), um mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva contra um homem acusado de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel. A pris\u00e3o ocorreu no bairro de Nova Esperan\u00e7a, na sede do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es come\u00e7aram em janeiro deste ano, ap\u00f3s o suspeito comparecer \u00e0 unidade policial para registrar uma queixa contra a enteada, de 12 anos, alegando que ela o estaria caluniando ao relatar a terceiros que vinha sendo v\u00edtima de abuso sexual\/estupro.<\/p>\n

Durante a apura\u00e7\u00e3o, foram reunidos ind\u00edcios de que o homem tentou dissimular a autoria do crime, antecipando-se com o registro da ocorr\u00eancia. As provas colhidas apontaram para sua responsabilidade, o que motivou a representa\u00e7\u00e3o pela pris\u00e3o preventiva, deferida em mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima foi encaminhada para acompanhamento psicossocial. O suspeito est\u00e1 custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
