A iniciativa, realizada em parceria com outras centrais sindicais, visa unir celebra\u00e7\u00e3o e conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre temas relevantes para a classe trabalhadora.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos cerca de mil abad\u00e1s para diversas categorias profissionais, proporcionando momentos de lazer e refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia das lutas sindicais. Entre as principais reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o o fim da escala de trabalho 6\u00d71 e a isen\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto de Renda para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acordacidade.com.br\/tag\/trabalhadores\/\">trabalhadores<\/a> que recebem at\u00e9 R$ 5 mil mensais.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reivindicacoes-e-reflexoes-da-ugt-ba\">Reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es e Reflex\u00f5es da UGT-BA<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cQueremos que os trabalhadores aproveitem a festa, mas tamb\u00e9m reflitam sobre nossas pautas. A escala 6\u00d71 \u00e9 exaustiva e prejudica a qualidade de vida.
