Morreu na tarde desta ter\u00e7a-feira (6), no Hospital Geral Cl\u00e9riston Andrade, v\u00edtima de homic\u00eddio<\/strong><\/a>, Ezequiel da Silva Ferreira, 25 anos.<\/p>\n

Ele foi baleado no \u00faltimo s\u00e1bado (3) em um bar no distrito de Humildes<\/strong>,<\/a> onde estava bebendo junto com outro homem, que reagiu e matou o atirador.<\/p>\n

Ezequiel<\/strong> foi socorrido para o hospital em estado grave, mas n\u00e3o resistiu.<\/p>\n

Leg\u00edtima defesa<\/h2>\n

O atirador, identificado como Elves Henrique Oliveira, 21 anos, que baleou e matou Ezequiel da Silva Ferreira<\/strong>, morreu logo ap\u00f3s praticar o crime, quando um homem que estava na companhia da v\u00edtima reagiu e atirou.<\/p>\n

O delegado Gustavo Coutinho, titular da Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios<\/strong>, informou ao Acorda Cidade que o caso trata-se de leg\u00edtima defesa<\/strong>. Segundo ele, dois homens estavam sentados nesse bar, ingerindo bebida alco\u00f3lica, quando Elves Henrique Oliveira chegou atirando. Um dos homens se defendeu e matou o atirador, configurando leg\u00edtima defesa. O homem que matou o atirador fugiu do local.<\/p>\n
