Um homem de 60 anos teve o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva cumprido neste s\u00e1bado (10), no bairro Pau Mi\u00fado, em Salvador. De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ele atuava como l\u00edder de uma igreja evang\u00e9lica do munic\u00edpio de Santo Ant\u00f4nio de Jesus<\/a>, onde se aproveitou da confian\u00e7a da fam\u00edlia de uma adolescente com defici\u00eancia intelectual e cometeu o crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, tendo engravidado a v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

O acusado ia com a adolescente pregar no munic\u00edpio de Valen\u00e7a e se aproveitava da defici\u00eancia da garota para cometer os atos sexuais. O crime foi descoberto pela fam\u00edlia da v\u00edtima ap\u00f3s verificarem mudan\u00e7as no corpo da jovem e identificarem que ela estava gr\u00e1vida de quatro meses. O caso ent\u00e3o foi denunciado \u00e0 Delegacia do N\u00facleo de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (NEAM) de Santo Ant\u00f4nio de Jesus, e o mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva foi emitido pela Vara Criminal do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s o crime ser descoberto e ele ser interrogado pela pol\u00edcia, o acusado fugiu e mudou de cidade. Por meio do processo de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e levantamento de campo, uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta entre a NEAM de Santo Ant\u00f4nio de Jesus e a Delegacia Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher da Casa da Mulher Brasileira (DEAM \/ CMB) localizou o homem, e seu mandado de pris\u00e3o foi cumprido.<\/p>\n

O suspeito est\u00e1 preso, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio. Em respeito aos estatutos da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA) e da Pessoa com Defici\u00eancia, al\u00e9m da Lei de Abuso de Autoridade, mais detalhes sobre a v\u00edtima e o suspeito n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o divulgados.<\/p>\n
