A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado do Bahia, por meio do N\u00facleo Especial em Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Neam) e Delegacia Territorial de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o<\/a>, cumpriu o mandado de pris\u00e3o em desfavor de um homem, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (13), expedido pela Vara Criminal, J\u00fari de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais e Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude de Santo Est\u00eav\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es, ele foi condenado pela pr\u00e1tica do crime de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel, previsto no art. 217-A do C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s dilig\u00eancias realizadas pelas equipes de policiais civis, foi poss\u00edvel localizar e capturar o foragido no munic\u00edpio de Ant\u00f4nio Cardoso, nas proximidades da maternidade local.<\/p>\n

O preso foi conduzido ao Neam e encontra-se \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
