Tr\u00eas vereadores de Valen\u00e7a, no Baixo Sul, tiveram os mandatos cassados pela 31\u00aa Zona Eleitoral devido a irregularidades na cota de g\u00eanero. Os legisladores afetados s\u00e3o Fabr\u00edcio Lemos e Isaias Nascito, ambos do PV; e Benvindo da Sa\u00fade, do PDT.<\/p>\n

Os suplentes dos dois partidos tamb\u00e9m ficam com os mandatos cassados. Ainda cabe recurso \u00e0 decis\u00e3o. A medida foi tomada pelo juiz eleitoral Leonardo Custodio, que acatou pedido do partido Podemos.<\/p>\n

Na senten\u00e7a, divulgada nesta quarta-feira (14), o magistrado ainda determinou a recontagem do quociente eleitoral e partid\u00e1rio na elei\u00e7\u00e3o de 2024 no munic\u00edpio, como forma de convocar mais tr\u00eas legisladores para compor a C\u00e2mara local, que tem 15 vagas.<\/p>\n

Conforme os autos do processo, uma das candidatas inscritas pelo PV obteve apenas tr\u00eas votos e nem teria votado nela mesma. Al\u00e9m disso, n\u00e3o havia registro de propaganda eleitoral nas redes sociais, material impresso e v\u00eddeo.<\/p>\n

No caso do PDT, a candidata teve cinco votos, pediu apoio eleitoral para outro postulante, n\u00e3o fez campanha em pessoal em redes sociais, confessou que aceitou a condi\u00e7\u00e3o por emprego a uma filha, entre outros. Pela Lei Eleitoral, cada partido deve ter o m\u00ednimo de 30% de candidaturas por g\u00eanero.<\/p>\n
