A LDO<\/a> (Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria) de Feira de Santana, para o exerc\u00edcio financeiro de 2026, foi entregue \u00e0 C\u00e2mara de Vereadores na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (14), para as devidas an\u00e1lises. O documento dever\u00e1 ser analisado e votado, antes do encerramento do recesso de meio do ano do Legislativo, para que seja homologado pelo Executivo.<\/p>\n

O caderno com a LDO foi entregue pelo secret\u00e1rio de Planejamento, Carlos Brito e Luiz Ivan, do Departamento de Planejamento Econ\u00f4mico da Seplan, ao presidente do Legislativo, Marcos Lima, e os vereadores Jos\u00e9 Carneiro, l\u00edder do governo na C\u00e2mara, e Eli Ribeiro, das Comiss\u00f5es de Or\u00e7amento e Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

Carlos Brito disse que na LDO constam as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da LOA (Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual) para o pr\u00f3ximo ano, que serve de um guia para a LOA (Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria), a ser entregue ao Legislativo em agosto. Define os objetivos, quais recursos ser\u00e3o alocados, a sua distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e as pol\u00edticas ser\u00e3o priorizadas.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cS\u00e3o as metas e prioridades para as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas do munic\u00edpio\u201d, disse o Carlos Brito, ao destacar a import\u00e2ncia do documento, no qual constam sugest\u00f5es coletadas nas audi\u00eancias p\u00fablicas realizadas pela Seplan.<\/p>\n

Luiz Ivan explica que a LDO \u00e9 essencial para a estabelecer as metas fiscais do munic\u00edpio, definindo o teto de gasto e os limites da d\u00edvida p\u00fablica, de acordo com leis federais, como a de Responsabilidade Fiscal.<\/p>\n
