Faleceu nesta quarta-feira (14), aos 86 anos de idade, Emanoel Alves de Souza, mais conhecido como Mem\u00e9. Natural de Mundo Novo, no interior da Bahia<\/a>, ele construiu uma trajet\u00f3ria marcante em Feira de Santana, onde deixou um legado de dedica\u00e7\u00e3o ao servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico, \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o e ao esporte.<\/p>\n

Mem\u00e9 atuou como advogado, foi professor em institui\u00e7\u00f5es tradicionais como o Col\u00e9gio Santan\u00f3polis e o Col\u00e9gio Estadual, e ocupou o cargo de Secret\u00e1rio de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o durante o governo do ex-prefeito Clayton Mascarenhas. Tamb\u00e9m teve forte liga\u00e7\u00e3o com o esporte local, sendo diretor do Fluminense de Feira.<\/p>\n

O falecimento ocorreu em decorr\u00eancia de fal\u00eancia m\u00faltipla dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os. O vel\u00f3rio est\u00e1 sendo realizado nesta quinta-feira (15), no Centro de Vel\u00f3rio Gilson Macedo, no bairro Kalil\u00e2ndia. O sepultamento ser\u00e1 \u00e0s 15h, no Cemit\u00e9rio Piedade.<\/p>\n
