Um homem foi preso na tarde da \u00faltima quinta-feira (15), ap\u00f3s ferir um cachorro com um disparo de estilingue, no povoado de Sene Nova, zona rural de Lagedo o Tabocal, no sudoeste da Bahia.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Blog do Marcos Frahn, parceiro do Acorda Cidade, a pris\u00e3o em flagrante do homem, que confessou ter atirado no animal, foi feita pela Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a>, pela equipe comandada pelo delegado Ar\u00e3o Borges, que apreendeu ainda duas espingardas artesanais e o estilingue, enviados para o Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica de Jequi\u00e9 para serem periciadas.<\/p>\n

O suspeito foi conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia Territorial de Lagedo, no sudoeste, sendo autuado pelo Art. 32, par\u00e1grafo 1\u00ba da Lei de Crimes Ambientais 9.605\/98, que prev\u00ea a pena de deten\u00e7\u00e3o tr\u00eas meses a um ano, al\u00e9m de multa, para quem realiza experi\u00eancia dolorosa ou cruel em animal vivo, e est\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
