A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Feira de Santana recebeu, na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (20), do Poder Executivo, um Projeto de Lei que concede o percentual de 5,53% a t\u00edtulo de recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o salarial dos servidores municipais. A proposta foi entregue pessoalmente pelo secret\u00e1rio Municipal da Fazenda, Expedito Eloy, ao presidente, vereador Marcos Lima (Uni\u00e3o Brasil), e a outros vereadores presentes em reuni\u00e3o ocorrida na Casa.<\/p>\n

Conforme os dispositivos do projeto, o reajuste anual foi estabelecido com base no \u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7o ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA), apurado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat\u00edstica (IBGE), acumulado no per\u00edodo compreendido entre maio\/2024 e abril\/2025. Se aprovado, o percentual ser\u00e1 aplicado retroativo, a partir de 1\u00ba de maio de 2025.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9m entregue por Expedito Eloy, o Projeto de Lei n\u00b0 06\/2025 pede a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara para que a Prefeitura reconhe\u00e7a o d\u00e9bito de mais de R$ 4 milh\u00f5es \u00e0 Feira Popular S.A. \u2013 empresa concession\u00e1ria do Shopping Popular. Conforme disposto na proposta, esta d\u00edvida \u00e9 referente aos alugu\u00e9is dos boxes isentos pela Prefeitura.<\/p>\n

A propositura tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea o parcelamento do d\u00e9bito, a ser pago em 23 parcelas, sendo 22 parcelas no valor de R$200.000,00 cada, e a 23\u00aa no valor de R$ 41.132,80.<\/p>\n
