Um homem de 59 anos foi preso no s\u00e1bado (24), no distrito de Caldeir\u00e3o, zona rural do munic\u00edpio de Caetanos, acusado de estuprar<\/a> a pr\u00f3pria neta. O crime foi investigado pela Delegacia Territorial de Caetanos e teve in\u00edcio em 2022, ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia encaminhada pelo Conselho Tutelar.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o inqu\u00e9rito, a v\u00edtima tinha 11 anos na \u00e9poca dos abusos. O crime foi confirmado por meio de laudo de constata\u00e7\u00e3o de conjun\u00e7\u00e3o carnal, realizado pelo Departamento de Pol\u00edcia T\u00e9cnica (DPT) de Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista. Com a conclus\u00e3o das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pela pris\u00e3o preventiva do acusado, que foi deferida pela Justi\u00e7a da Comarca de Po\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Foragido h\u00e1 tr\u00eas anos, o homem chegou a residir em outros estados e, ao retornar \u00e0 Bahia, dormia e trabalhava em diferentes propriedades na zona rural para dificultar sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Ele foi capturado ap\u00f3s den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas e dilig\u00eancias de intelig\u00eancia da unidade policial.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s exame de les\u00f5es corporais, o preso foi encaminhado ao Conjunto Penal de Vit\u00f3ria da Conquista, onde permanece custodiado \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a. Informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a v\u00edtima n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o divulgadas, em respeito ao Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente (ECA).<\/p>\n
