A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia cumpriu, na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (28), dois mandados de pris\u00e3o e um de busca e apreens\u00e3o contra dois homens de 29 anos, na cidade de Paulo Afonso, norte da Bahia. As ordens judiciais s\u00e3o relacionadas \u00e0 tentativa de feminic\u00eddio, descumprimento de medida protetiva e pr\u00e1tica de stalking (termo em ingl\u00eas que significa persegui\u00e7\u00e3o insistente).<\/p>\n

Os mandados foram cumpridos por equipes da Delegacia Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher (Deam) de Paulo Afonso, da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Apoio T\u00e9cnico e T\u00e1tico \u00e0 Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o (CATTI\/Nordeste) e da Delegacia Territorial (DT) daquele munic\u00edpio. O homem suspeito de planejar o assassinato foi preso na casa da atual namorada. Um dos acusados j\u00e1 estava custodiado no Pres\u00eddio de Paulo Afonso.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram que o crime estava sendo planejado pelo ex-marido da v\u00edtima e foi descoberto ap\u00f3s a apreens\u00e3o de um aparelho celular, cujo conte\u00fado foi analisado com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o judicial. Durante o trabalho da Pol\u00edcia Civil, foram encontrados di\u00e1logos em que o suspeito contratava um homem para assassinar sua ex-companheira. As mensagens revelaram ainda a tentativa de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de um segundo criminoso, ap\u00f3s o primeiro n\u00e3o cumprir o plano de feminic\u00eddio, mesmo ap\u00f3s o recebimento do pagamento.<\/p>\n

Com base nos elementos reunidos, a Deam de Paulo Afonso instaurou inqu\u00e9rito, realizou oitivas e solicitou medidas cautelares, todas deferidas pela Justi\u00e7a. O suspeito passou por audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia e foi encaminhado para o sistema prisional.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
