{"id":88126,"date":"2025-05-30T16:41:29","date_gmt":"2025-05-30T19:41:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noticiasbahia360.com.br\/?p=88126"},"modified":"2025-05-30T16:41:29","modified_gmt":"2025-05-30T19:41:29","slug":"estadio-joia-da-princesa-passara-a-ser-administrado-por-empresa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticiasbahia360.com.br\/?p=88126","title":{"rendered":"Est\u00e1dio Joia da Princesa passar\u00e1 a ser administrado por empresa"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/noticiasbahia360.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/estadio-joia-da-princesa-em-Feira-de-Santana-foto-Jorge-Magalhaes-2.jpg\" alt=\"Est\u00e1dio Joia da Princesa\"><figcaption>Foto: Jorge Magalh\u00e3es\/PMFS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>A secret\u00e1ria municipal de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Prefeitura de Feira de Santana, Sandra Peggy, baixou a Portaria n\u00ba 004\/2025, nomeando os membros da Comiss\u00e3o Especial de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o (CEL) para tomar decis\u00f5es, dar impulso ao procedimento licitat\u00f3rio e executar quaisquer atividades necess\u00e1rias ao certame que trata da concess\u00e3o comum do Est\u00e1dio Joia da Princesa.<\/p>\n<p>Os membros da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acordacidade.com.br\/tag\/licitacao\/\">Comiss\u00e3o Especial de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o f<\/a>oram nomeados exclusivamente para atuar nos preparativos para a abertura do procedimento licitat\u00f3rio, cujo objetivo \u00e9 selecionar uma empresa interessada na gest\u00e3o, opera\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e administra\u00e7\u00e3o do Est\u00e1dio Joia da Princesa, por meio da Concess\u00e3o Comum.<\/p>\n<p>Com base na Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.987\/95, art. 2\u00ba, a Comiss\u00e3o Especial de Licita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por conduzir o processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o, de acordo com a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, incluindo a an\u00e1lise e o julgamento das propostas e a habilita\u00e7\u00e3o dos concorrentes interessados, bem como dos demais documentos exigidos no edital.<\/p>\n<p>A comiss\u00e3o ser\u00e1 composta pelos servidores Lavinia Vilas Boas Santos Nogueira, Elimar Luiz de Oliveira J\u00fanior, Luciana Lima Flores Nascimento, Diego Santana Oliveira e Osm\u00e1rio de Jesus Oliveira.
