Na manh\u00e3 desta sexta-feira (6), a Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia, por meio da equipe da Delegacia Especial de Atendimento \u00e0 Mulher de Feira de Santana \u2013 DEAM, efetuou, no bairro Gabriela, em Feira de Santana <\/a>\u2013 BA, a pris\u00e3o de um homem identificado pelas iniciais D.D.J, de 39 anos de idade, acusado da pr\u00e1tica dos crimes de Amea\u00e7a e Persegui\u00e7\u00e3o contra a mulher e descumprimento de medida protetiva (Lei 2848 art 147, art 147A e art 24A).<\/p>\n

O mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva foi expedido pela 1\u00aa Vara de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar Contra a Mulher da Comarca de Feira de Santana.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do cumprimento do mandado de pris\u00e3o, foram adotadas as provid\u00eancias legais cab\u00edveis, incluindo a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ao Ju\u00edzo competente, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do qual permanecer\u00e1 custodiado.<\/p>\n
