Equipes da Delegacia Territorial de Euclides da Cunha prenderam nesta sexta-feira (6) um homem de 38 anos, acusado de estupro de vulner\u00e1vel contra a pr\u00f3pria filha, uma adolescente de 14 anos. A pris\u00e3o ocorreu no povoado Bagatela, na zona rural<\/a> do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontam que o crime teria acontecido enquanto a jovem passava f\u00e9rias com o pai. Ap\u00f3s o retorno, a adolescente apresentou uma mudan\u00e7a de comportamento, que levantou suspeitas.<\/p>\n

O caso veio \u00e0 tona depois que a institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino da garota alertou o conselho tutelar do munic\u00edpio. Com a den\u00fancia realizada no dia 4 de junho, a pris\u00e3o do suspeito foi solicitada e concedida pela comarca local. A v\u00edtima passar\u00e1 por acompanhamento psicol\u00f3gico e social. O homem est\u00e1 preso, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
