A Pol\u00edcia Federal, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico da Bahia e o Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial no Combate ao Crime Organizado (Gaeco<\/a>) deflagraram, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (10\/6), a opera\u00e7\u00e3o Desvio B\u00e9lico, com objetivo de aprofundar investiga\u00e7\u00f5es envolvendo um homem com licen\u00e7a de Colecionador, Atirador Desportivo e Ca\u00e7ador (CAC), que teria vendido um fuzil, em desacordo com determina\u00e7\u00e3o legal ou regulamentar, ao l\u00edder de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa atuante em Porto Seguro\/BA e cidades adjacentes.<\/p>\n

Foram expedidos dois mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, pelo Ju\u00edzo da 1\u00aa Vara Criminal de Porto Seguro\/BA, os quais foram cumpridos nas cidades de Praia Grande\/SP e Jarinu\/SP. O caso em investiga\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um desdobramento das dilig\u00eancias que culminaram com a apreens\u00e3o de um fuzil, ocorrida no dia 3 de dezembro de 2024, em Porto Seguro\/BA.<\/p>\n

A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o continuar\u00e1 para apura\u00e7\u00e3o de eventuais outros envolvidos e fatos conexos. Se condenados pelos crimes cometidos, os investigados se sujeitar\u00e3o a penas m\u00e1ximas que, somadas, podem ultrapassar 12 anos de reclus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
