A Pol\u00edcia Civil da Bahia deflagrou, na manh\u00e3 de s\u00e1bado (14), a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Celular Bandeirante, com o objetivo de combater a recepta\u00e7\u00e3o de celulares provenientes de S\u00e3o Paulo e distribu\u00eddos no munic\u00edpio de Capela do Alto Alegre e regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, equipes da Delegacia Territorial da cidade, com o apoio da Pol\u00edcia Militar, cumpriram mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em uma loja de celulares e na resid\u00eancia do investigado. No total, foram apreendidos mais de 200 aparelhos celulares, al\u00e9m de computadores e outros equipamentos eletr\u00f4nicos, todos sem apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de nota fiscal.<\/p>\n

O propriet\u00e1rio do estabelecimento foi ouvido, e os celulares foram encaminhados para per\u00edcia. A Delegacia Territorial de Capela do Alto Alegre instaurou inqu\u00e9rito policial e encaminhou o caso ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
