O Hospital Especializado Lopes Rodrigues (HELR) recebeu com entusiasmo os novos profissionais aprovados no processo seletivo Reda Sesab 2025. O acolhimento, realizado nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (17), contou com a presen\u00e7a dos coordenadores e gerentes da unidade, promovendo um momento especial de integra\u00e7\u00e3o e apoio \u00e0 adapta\u00e7\u00e3o dos rec\u00e9m-chegados ao servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

Nesta primeira convoca\u00e7\u00e3o foram chamados pelo Governo do Estado 15 trabalhadores, nos cargos de enfermeiro (1); t\u00e9cnicos administrativos (2); analista t\u00e9cnico \u2013 bacharel em direito (1); analista t\u00e9cnico \u2013 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o\/jornalismo (1); assistente social (1), farmac\u00eauticos (2); fisioterapeutas (2); nutricionista (1); psic\u00f3logos (3); e t\u00e9cnicos de enfermagem (2).<\/p>\n

Durante o encontro, a Diretora Geral do HELR, Iraci Leite da Silva, deu as boas-vindas aos novos colaboradores, ressaltando os principais processos de gest\u00e3o. Em sua fala, destacou a import\u00e2ncia da chegada desses profissionais para o fortalecimento da assist\u00eancia em sa\u00fade mental no Estado da Bahia, expressando imensa alegria em t\u00ea-los como parte da equipe.<\/p>\n

\u201cEstamos muito felizes em receber voc\u00eas. Acreditamos que cada novo integrante trar\u00e1 contribui\u00e7\u00f5es valiosas para o cuidado humanizado que oferecemos \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou a diretora.<\/p>\n

Os novos funcion\u00e1rios j\u00e1 est\u00e3o passando por capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento na unidade desde a \u00faltima segunda-feira (16\/06) para se adaptarem as suas respectivas fun\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
