A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve como alvo suspeitos de envolvimento no duplo homic\u00eddio dos pintores Danilo Matos Santos, de 31 anos, e Sidnei Caf\u00e9 de Souza, de 37, ocorrido em maio de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>As v\u00edtimas, que eram cunhados e atuavam na constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, foram atra\u00eddas para uma emboscada com o pretexto de realizar um or\u00e7amento de pintura. Elas foram executadas a tiros, e os corpos encontrados em uma \u00e1rea de manguezal \u00e0s margens da BA-001.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o cumprimento dos mandados, um homem de 23 anos foi preso por for\u00e7a de mandado de pris\u00e3o preventiva, como suspeito de participa\u00e7\u00e3o direta nas execu\u00e7\u00f5es. J\u00e1 o mestre de obras, apontado como mandante do crime, foi preso em flagrante por porte ilegal de arma. Ele era ex-empregador de Danilo Matos e responde a uma a\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista movida pela v\u00edtima, no valor de R$ 218 mil.<\/p>\n<p>Na resid\u00eancia do homem indicado como mandante, localizada em Ilh\u00e9us, foram apreendidas uma pistola calibre 380, um rev\u00f3lver calibre 38, muni\u00e7\u00f5es de uso restrito, quatro celulares, um notebook, um tablet, dois pen drives e R$ 41.365,00 em esp\u00e9cie. O acusado teria amea\u00e7ado Danilo, que chegou a deixar a cidade. A dupla foi executada entre 18h e 19h do dia 11 de maio de 2023, ap\u00f3s sair de casa para atender ao chamado falso.<\/p>\n<p>Dois ve\u00edculos foram usados para transportar e acompanhar as v\u00edtimas at\u00e9 o local da execu\u00e7\u00e3o.
